Via email I will confirm your  payment option, give you a shipping cost and after payment, you will receive your order as quick as possible.   • Full service studio: Waldman Originals offers many services, including original art work, special commissioned custom artwork, and digital editing. I can edit your photograph; make a card or an original art piece from your photo or digital file. Commissioned artwork for logo design and advertisement design are also available, as well as digital photo-editing, including; restoration of old photographs, photo manipulation, and image combining/ collage-composites. Digital photo-editing starts at 70. per hour. Quotes gladly given!

 

  • Payment: I accept all major credit cards. Commissioned artwork require a 50% deposit payment upon agreed design before the execution of artwork. Payment of balance is due upon delivery or prior to shipment. Waldman Originals charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is made. All orders placed will be taxed at this WA State location rate. Sales tax in the state of Washington is calculated based on the cost of the merchandise, INCLUDING shipping.

 

  • Shipping: The shipping fees on this web site are as close as can be predicted. TBD=ESTIMATES ONLY.  TBD is for large-3-D items and you will be emailed an estimate for shipping when you place your order and then notified your exact purchase total when your order is ready. Items cannot be shipped until shipping costs are fully paid. Please respond to order emails promptly to avoid delays in delivery. Waldman Originals ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, via UPS and USPS. Waldman Originals also ships to Canada, Mexico, and other international locations at the sole risk of the customer.  Any duties or taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer .The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Waldman Originals is NOT responsible for merchandise once it has been delivered to the shipping company, and customers assume all risk associated with shipping artwork.

 

  • Refunds and Exchanges: No return available for custom art commissions, you must approve of your order upon purchase. I can accept a return or exchange of in-stock art work(s) WITHIN 20 BUSINESS DAYS of purchase, and in original condition. Please make sure you have prior authorization directly from me to ship an item for return. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE. Waldman Originals reserves the right to determine whether or not the item(s) are in original condition. If it is determined the piece needs restoration to new condition a restocking fee may be charged.
